Our Leadership

Jamie Rose – Founder
Jamie Rose is a senior markets and fintech practitioner with more than 30 years’ experience across electronic trading, market infrastructure, and product strategy. He has held leadership roles spanning banks, brokers, and technology providers, including Director of Sales Engineering and Director of Relationship Management at oneZero Financial Systems, and Head of e-FX at Xenfin Capital and Marex Spectron, combining commercial acumen with deep technical and market understanding.
Jamie works with clients across the financial services ecosystem, including private equity firms, brokers, and software providers, helping them validate ideas, quantify market opportunities, and define commercially viable products. His approach blends quantitative research with practical execution insight, translating strategic questions into evidence-based requirements, defensible market models, and clear implementation roadmaps.
At Isomiq, Jamie leads engagements from concept to delivery, ensuring that every recommendation is measurable, data-driven, and aligned with both client objectives and market realities.

Jon Healey – Advisor
Jon Healey is a seasoned leader in global financial markets with 30+ years of experience driving digital transformation and eCommerce strategy at major institutions. He has held senior roles including Head of Global eCommerce at BBVA, Head of e-Product Management at Lloyds Banking Group, and Head of E-Commerce FX (EMEA) at HSBC. Across these posts he delivered cross-asset trading initiatives, launched data-led product innovations, and shaped technology strategies that modernised institutional trading infrastructure.
At Isomiq, Jon brings deep market expertise and pragmatic delivery discipline to help clients turn ideas into robust, scalable solutions. He advises on product validation, customer discovery, and platform strategy, ensuring requirements are clear, buildable, and tied to measurable outcomes.
